What is a way i can add a timer to my run without using OBS. My laptop doesn't like using the elgato program let alone another.
I am not clocking any times that make it in to anything in the 100's but i had one run that might push me past that and i want to have a run that makes grade even if i never go past top 100
You could just use LiveSplit separately and not include it in your footage. You'll still know, but it just wouldn't be on your video. An RTA timer is not required to be in your footage for your run to be verified.
Also, if your run isn't at the top of the leaderboard, chances are you don't even need video. See the individual category rules for the cutoff for each category.
Hey Everyone, in response to Twitch's announced 100 hour highlight storage limit going into effect on April 19th 2025, we have decided to disallow the use of Twitch highlights as a valid video submission to our boards. This will go into effect on April 19th and will only apply to runs going forward!
