Rules state Baking Tray (Metal or Silicon) but would a Pizza stone be allowed to be used? Or if not it is a banned tool could one be inside a oven even if you used a separate tray for the cookies?

Is a purpose built pizza oven allowed either gas or electric or even wood fired ovens?

Eggs are pre-cracked commercially purchased eggs allowed is it just considered egg?

Also mayo is a common substitute for eggs could it be considered? As well as vegan No Egg in powder form where you need to mix with water or liquid form that comes packaged as a liquid?

Seconding the question about the pizza stone and if it can be used in the run!

The rules specify using metal or silicone baking trays, so a pizza stone is likely not allowed. If pizza stones are banned, using one inside the oven while baking on a separate tray might also be restricted. Purpose-built pizza ovens, whether gas, electric, or wood-fired, are typically not permitted unless explicitly stated. Commercially pre-cracked eggs are usually considered acceptable, but check the rules to be sure. Mayonnaise and vegan egg substitutes like No Egg powder or liquid forms may be allowed, but confirm with the competition guidelines to ensure compliance.
