Is a screen recording considered acceptable video proof?
I play on mobile, and I do not trust my tablet to stream my runs, so can I just screen record my runs?

As long as your recording meets the requirement for a run to be accepted, feel free to do so

-raw footage starting before round 1
-A visible end screen
