Pause and skip settlement
As we all know, in Legacy Version and Version 1.1.5, there is a bug of suspending and skipping settlement. Runner SBDWolf also made a 20-minute 56 speedrun about this bug six years ago, but I didn't see his record on the list. Can this bug be used in speedrun?
My friend used this bug to complete the score of 23 minutes and 45 seconds. I will ask you on his behalf, thank you.
