A little Mass Housing question, just to make sure, I guess you guys aren't taking sign-ups for it yet, or am I missing something out? Since I'll be busy with college from now on, I'd like to have all that done soon so I don't forget to sign-up or anything.
I'll keep checking Twitter and everything whenever I can, but I just had to ask it.
I also forgot to say availability, since I still don't know when I'll get there, I'm going to say I'll be there for sure the 24th and I'll stay there until the 30th). (There's a little chance I'll book a flight that's early 23rd so I'll be there for the start.)
I'll bring an Xbox 360 slim, it's a late model so it does have the hdmi port, the problem is I never knew about the component cables, and I never used HDMI since I use a really old CRT to play games, so with the composite cables I have enough here, but welp.
(If any of you guys have the component cables and could bring them, it'd be helpful).
No, I meant composite, the Yellow, white and red one, I don't have the others, I never used those for anything so yeah..
So there's a possibility I'll be bringing my PAL Xbox 360, thing is I don't use HDMI, I use composite, just to let you know, because I don't have any HDMI cable. I guess that won't be a problem.
I'm not 100% sure, but it's probably going to happen, I don't want to have any problem with my run.
So I guess if exe wants, I'll commentate in both his God of War 1 and 2. I know his girlfriend may also commentate, but definitely as a runner of 1, and having knowledge of 2's speedrun, I might be in there too.
I'll give exe some info about my Chains of Olympus run so he can commentate. I can commentate most of it but it'll be great to have someone help.
As for my BioShock 2 run, I can commentate everything, but I will give some info to some of the crash bandicoot guys, or even exe, I guess maybe some of them will be in my couch.

Well, knowing the trip I'm going to do, I would like not having to bring my 360 / PS3. However, I'll be bringing:
- PS2/PS3/360 Cables (Edit: Component), just in case.
- PS2 / PS3 Controllers.
- 360 wired controller (PC/360).
I'd like to know who's bringing a 360 that I could use for my run, since the run of the game I do on ps3 will be just after exe_de's run and he told me I could use his ps3, so I don't have a problem with that.
I wanted to ask, in case somebody reads this, anyone bringing an Xbox 360 that I could use for my BioShock 2 run at ESA?
I'll be bringing game and controller but I would prefer not bringing my 360 if possible.

I guess I may aswell give some updates in how my runs are going, even though game is already in. Got a new PB for Chains of Olympus - 47:53. I got my SoB down to 46:34 so I guess sub 47 is happening soon. RIP Festival of Blood. I'm not that sad about BioShock, I saw that coming, but FoB is so short, and it's interesting, I could see it going through, but I may have been wrong I guess. (Pretty much I see the point, I already have 2 games in, and there's a lot of games too, but I'd like to know if there are more reasons for the cut. Also, Festival of Blood doesn't have anything to do with InFamous itself, it's a DLC for 2, and it's just a separate game).
BioShock 2's estimate can be lowered to 1:35:00 (if you didn't count with that), is only a 5 min difference, but yeah. I considered 1:30 as my PB is 1:23, but things could go wrong. Chains of Olympus estimate should still be 55, I can easily meet that estimate.
And well, I'll be getting to ESA June 28th night and I'll be coming back 5th July morning, just so you know when I'm going to be there.
Some update:
You may see in my profile I started running BioShock 2 (and soon I'll do 1 again) on PC, but I'd still run Xbox at the marathon, and there's some reasons:

Despite PC being the fastest version, I don't want to deal with making save files for every "important" part of the route in case the games would crash. BioShock 1 and 2 can crash a lot on the PC versions, and that's something that won't happen with the 360 version.

I want to show, for anyone that has ever watched PC runs, the differences between versions. Despite the route being almost the same, some skips work differently. Also, BioShock 1 was done on PC last ESA, and it has some stuff that's different on 360. So 360 is my preference, as it's my main platform. I will get into PC runs much more during summer, but for now it's just going to be some runs to keep up with the routes.
I think I put an estimate of 1:10:00 for BioShock 1 - it can be lowered to 1:05, since I can definitely get consistent sub 1:05s and close to sub 1. BioShock 2 has some problems with certain Radio Message glitches and can cause some trouble, but estimate could be lowered to 1:35:00. The other estimates are good.
Just got a new PB for BioShock 2 - also almost unbeatable - 1:23:55. EVERYTHING first try, also got my SoB down to 1:22:35. No-loads is 1:17:56, pretty good. http://www.twitch.tv/sersanju/c/6665131
