Looks like a Rocket to me, but maybe there are some other things at play too. There are a bunch of spots you can get Rocket in the game, though i've never seen this one personally.

I actually discovered that the bounce was made because the blue eco i was using, was from the little cells in the lower path.

This is a trick known as a "One-Frame", which requires the player to spin at the 15th frame after leaving the ground using a launch pad or an eco vent like those.

It's not the same as what we call a "one-frame", but it is pressing circle on a single frame some time after collecting any eco (not just blue). Can be done with a punch too.

Generally we refer to these as eco rockets, or just rockets.

You dont have to spin or punch on an exact frame to get a rocket of some kind, but to get one with that height it's frame perfect.

Here's a video of various eco rockets. It's interesting that you got it as your previous eco meter was running out. The animation must play when Jak is both low on or completely out of eco.

The animation will always play after a few seconds on select vents.
