I did it guys, 69:12:05.7 ttr any% speedrun. Can we have an Any% category now?
I got all of the run recorded, however some is on twitch and some is on youtube (for some reason i cant export from twitch to youtube, which is annoying -_-) Will this be a problem?
Im just very glad i was able to do this and show everyone a full ttr speedrun :)
This run however was done in parts over time, it is almost impossible for one to do a TTR speedrun single segment due to the length of the game. You could say oh this cant be allowed because someone could splice a run. However, its probably near impossible to splice a toontown run and it would take more effort than doing the speedrun normally with breaks. Ill leave the community to decide this one. I hope that that could be part of the rules of the category and have this be allowed.
The addition of a days-long category just for one guy and one guy only is not how it works. You should of contacted the mods to arrange some sort of valid ruleset before starting, you're just bound to run into problems now based on your description of the run.
Ah well it is what it is whatever happens I did the run and I have proof so 🤷🏻‍♂️ Category or no category I’m just glad I was able to do the run
But for other speedgames like wii sports resort they have all stamps which is 104 hours and only one person has ever done a run of that ever, so what’s the difference

This is just a normal Any% run that you would see anywhere else, so I'm pretty sure it would be fine to add it. Technically, Each playground speedrun is just an IL.
and i didnt even train my gags between playgrounds, so that should make it even MORE acceptable
Regardless if you think it's acceptable or not, as I said, it's best to directly contact the mods in order to form a valid ruleset, nothing will be made without contacting them.
i dont really use twitter but if thats the only option ill give it a shot
