It can, but I truly doubt anyone will run that. We have had 200% on the boards for years, and only 2 months ago did MrTiger, the only runner, fill that up. There has also been a very low interest in puzzle pieces to begin with.
The answer for now is no, but if there is any valid interest, it might get added!
300% might be a little ambitious/insane, but I would be interested in running a 100%+All puzzle pieces. I have heard interest in the idea of puzzle piece runs from the DKCTF community at a GDQ before as well.
why call it 300% though? the game tells you when you have 200% but 300% is arbitrary since the puzzle pieces just give concept art
