I was wondering; the rules for a world record run says that you must have a video if you have a world record run. Would a 30 second clip be enough proof for colosseum wr?

Is your full run under 30 seconds? If not, then my guess would be that you would need to post the full video. :)

Video proof in general means that the full run must be captured in video, from start to finish. Depending on the game/category, other things have to be included as well (such as 100% showcase at the end or showing the version of your game), but here your full run is required.
