Why does N-TSC Get to have a glitchless but PAL doesn't, it doesn't seem right to me. Give PAL a glitchless.

because the category rules state NTSC only. PAL is an unfair advantage on an IGT board, so only NTSC is allowed, and majority of players use NTSC. the PAL category is all-encompassing of all PAL runs because there are only 3 total PAL runs. no need to split the board again when there is only 3 total PAL submissions
