Thought I'd come back and give this game another shot, since this category now allows for any difficulty to be used I thought I'd give it a try for that fresh PB ;)
This can come down into the 1:15 with better driving I think (I lost 4 seconds on one race due to a poor start) so yeah this run could be better but I'll live with this one for now.
