I was wondering which one is the optimal choice for Deadlocked?

Apparently for example, in some speedgames only some glitches work on PAL version and vice versa.

Also there is a frame rate difference.

Since we use the PS3 downloadable version, im wondering do these things affect it?

PAL is 50 fps under 720p (576p)

NTSC is always 60 fps but under 720p the quality is 480p
