someone wants to do a run of any% the island on official, he says it will take estimated about 30-40 hours? he wants to know if official runs if it can be allowed to pause the timer/video what does everyone think

i'd say sure as long as in the description he puts when his breaks are, doesnt do anything to the game or the timer

I personnally would allow it.

Knowing Ark, we all know how long this game can take.

My only concern is how are we gonna be able to validate the run? I think we would have to make sure to get a good view of the player's stats and inventory before and after breaks to make sure that nothing was touched while the game wasn't recorded.

The game would still be recorded, paused and the timer paused, due to this being in RTA(Streamed)
