Is there a way that you can remove the Mr. Krabs Overdoses on ketamine shader/effects

There's an OH_MR_KRABS folder that is generated in AppData\Local\ when you first play the game. Open GameUserSettings.ini with notepad in OH_MR_KRABS >> Saved >> Config >> WindowsNoEditor and you can change the integers from those beginning lines of text to your liking, 0 obviously turns off the corresponding effect
