Does anyone know how to do the 1 shot buffalo tactic consistently?

You have to ride your horse slightly down, I have not perfected this but it should work almost every time.

Hmm... From your run I see you have to run pretty down... If it is that much, I think shooting twice is faster.

It could be, but I go for it anyways. When it comes down to a matter of a few seconds then I'll probably start experimenting with different ways of doing things.
