Hello, I'm 14 and are looking forward to add a new game to the site. Obviously, I need mods to moderate this game. I could become a mod myself, but there's a problem: the site suggests mods should be 16 or older. Is this something I should strictly follow or just a suggestion?

It's just a suggestion, there are many mods who've been under 16. Also that if this was required, then it would be hard to moderate for site staff.

I think this is a requirement to do with maturity. Meaning you should act in a reasonable way, and not get into and stupid arguments, etc lol
