Idk if this glitch is a large enough time save or is hard enough to warrant a whole different category. Thoughts?

Yeah that is fair, but it is a slippery slope you know. If in Mario 64 there was a separate category for every glitch that skipped a minute there would be a billion categories.

Also if we are running a game that is on the PC, the speed of your mouse is obviously going to play a role in it, trying to fight that is a losing fight

This glitch also is easy to trigger on accident, so that could potentially ruin glitchless runs that are on level 4.

I agree with Nattyleof on this one. It is a quite minuscule time difference and I don't think there should be a separate leaderboard for it
