Well Any% you can do whatever the fuck you want like instead of going in the slide (like you have to do in nms) you can just go on top of it and get like a huge boost

so basically any% is anything you can to beat a portal/portals and nms is you are limited to like little time saves

a shit explanation but something like that hope it helped

any% is reserved for runs with any like gamebreaking skips or glitches, no major skips is self explanatory no major skips
