Since the forum here hasn't been used yet I got the idea of this Thread.
Here everyone can post tricks and strats, but also glitches, no matter if they are useful or not. Even really little things, like precise jumps etc. which may not seem useful for any category yet. Everything could be useful in the future!

I'll start with this trick/glitch:
I think this trick has potential to be used in runs in the future. We just have to find a place where it might be useful. The trick is really easy to do: Just tailbounce to the top of a Warpzone (Not loading zone I guess) and hold down right when you enter the zone. If the place where you come out has a wall on that hight then you can go OoB. At least that's I think how it works.
I found this Glitch a few days ago: Walking Through and Up Walls:
This works in Gex 3 and also in Gex 2, but it sadly takes 1-2 minutes to get this Glitch to work. It might still be very useful for things like TV-Cancelling etc! :)
This glitch is really interesting, because it can be really useful and it's super easy to to. Walking in Water:
This is a new TV Cancel skip that is in Superhero Show. It saves about 25 seconds in 100%. First, defeat the Mad Bomber to active the TV and have 1 health point left to make Gex die in midair while he gets hit with the dynamite. For the set up, have the camera where it is closest to Gex. Jump up on the TV and go near the edge where the green pad is. Look at the direction of the criminal and as soon as you see the dynamite, jump off of the TV really quick and get hit by it.
This saves about 0.2 seconds on every level exit/Hub-Door spawn. On Hub Doors only when you don't jump into them though for some reason.
Hey everyone. There have been a few rules updates/clarifications, mostly regarding N64 categories.
- [N64] Item duplication is now allowed in No Wrong Warp, No TV-Cancel and All Remotes. It remains banned in 100% and No Item Duplication, as it would defeat the purpose of those categories.
