Early Jump: For some reason you can jump a few frames before touching the ground, allowing for some extra fast moving if you can really get down the timing consistently. Really helpful in some tight spots where every frame counts.

Death Farming: When your die, contrary to what you would expect, you retain your hi-score. This allows for an even higher score than what was probably intended by the developer. Crucial for the hi-score category (non-deathless).

Initial load time: It is important to make sure start the game up and load level 1 at least once before starting a run. The load time for the Level 1 is consistently slower every 1st boot of the game. (I'll have to test this for every other level as well)

Input buffering:

It is possible to buffer jumps with the attack button by exploiting the sensory of the touch screen which makes performing frame perfect jumping and early jumps more consistent. You can either use two separate fingers (easier) for the red (attack) and green (jump) button, or one thumb, holding it over both buttons (harder). How you perform is by holding the jump button and while in midair hold down the attack button with it, never releasing the jump button. When you're 1-2 frames from hitting the ground, let go of the attack button and you will automatically jump. The reason this works is because by touching your two fingers together, the touchscreen registers them as a single entity. The touchscreen only allows 1 button press per finger at a time so when you press the attack button it releases the jump button. When you let go of the attack button the input jumps back to the other finger.
