Description
So... what Moneybags% is, is paying off every instance of Moneybags in the game and then the category ends when you get all of your gems back from flaming/charging him after the sorceress dies. However, this is built off of an Any% run, so it does satisfy the requirements of 3 Any. The video goes a few minutes beyond the Any% endpoint, but not by too much.
