Description
Sub 24! Sub 23 is possible even with this route if you get enough coins to finish at the end of 8-1 instead of getting the last few in 8-2. Also, possible route change if it turns out its possible to get enough coins by looping 4-2 warpzone but that would be really difficult and may not even get enough coins. Played on Original Hardware
