Unless there is a new route developed for this game, I think this is where it lies. The biggest time save is a Grace dialogue skip when after you say "Beer. Beer. Yes.". Other than that, there's some very small time saves that are related to typing in dialogue. If everything is perfect, you might be able to get this down to 8:10 or so.
