ik this community is slightly dead (last run being over 2 months ago) but i think that there should be a category that doesn't codes. (as tbf it is a little boring to get the perfect deck within a few minutes of the run)
I've done several runs of what I call 'All Duels, No Code Machine' that may interest you: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oHacravPRQF8OHtYgC-C8q5pKn8DnGSCPCljZIq6jhY/edit?usp=sharing
I'm sure if we can get enough people to try alternate categories, we could get them added to the leaderboard. The spectre of RNG manip will always loom over any categories, though - considering how easy + consistent it is to do in this game. Something to keep in mind!
thats Amazing! although I wont try the run out just yet, as I probably should at least do a any% run lol.
also is there a document or something that explains how to do rng manipulation? im currently making a tas (although its probably not gonna be optimal as im new to tasing lol) and ive currently got lucky and been able to get through most fights no problems but it would also be useful to know in the future.
The WR manip route is here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B5caI-YgPYsRWBwTiY57_8a_GdkFKeYKHRPiyBkCnQU/edit?usp=sharing
RNG advances outside of a duel whenever an NPC moves, and inside a duel when a card is destroyed or you receive an ante (I think).
thanks! i did see it in the guides but i didnt know what screen "1-7" meant.im assuming its to do with movement lol. gonna start trying the strat out
edit: nvm the directions are about the npcs lol
Yeah if you're trying to learn it, I'd recommend watching along with the VOD to make sense of the notes
