With the release of the PS5 it might actually be only a short while until Sony decides to close the PS3 store for good.

While this is merely conjecture, I am curious what games, especially ps1 and ps2 classics, that have better load time when downloaded using an HDD on the PS3.

I got this idea from the Ratchet and Clank series and wondered if there were any other games in this same vein I should be aware of.

What makes you think that Sony will close the PS3 store?

Istg there are a lot of great games for ps3 that aren't on ps4 nor ps5. They should not do this.

It seems that they are going to be systematically moving forward with a slow removal of PS3 content.

Nintendo took down the Wii store. Microsoft took down the OG Xbox store. These things just happen...

This is terrible. There are many games which are available on the PS3 store, and it'd be a great shame to be unable to play them.
