I got this run recently using a new route. I'm still about 1:30 behind WR. I can see savings of maybe 50 seconds to a minute, thanks to two major problems - Talking to Prosciutto twice because I mis-tapped while aiming for the meat which cost around 10 seconds, and whatever the heck was going on in my head on puzzle 97 which cost around 40 seconds.

Honestly I don't see the EU version of the game being competitive if the NA version has such shorter load times. I'm currently looking for an NA copy of the game, hopefully that will let me be competitive.
