I've been sitting on this for so long so I might as well share it now, was going to improve it but I guess not soon :p

I thought I was the only one who ran this, apparently not ! I found pretty much the same skips on my own, with a few additional strats (like shooting the guy to skip dialogue at 23:00, or most notably using remote hacks in the Lombard Red Zone section which saves a lot of time) I did not however find the Oob skip for Elmtree Red Zone so this is easily improvable I did find a lot of "potential" skips that don't lead anywhere because of the way the game works

[There were no timing rules but I assumed it's from picking up the phone at the start to the Mission Completed popup for the last mission]
