where's the 'Mega Drive' console option? Kappa

Welp. It happened, and earlier than I expected. I had another week and a half I was ready to dedicate to this.

Yes it is PAL, and yes ofcourse that makes it slightly easier, but its allowed so..why would I not use that resource and play in my native, European format. The tricks still feel basically unviable in full game runs either way. There's a lot of subpixel luck involved, but its been fun looking into them in great detail and discovering the frame perfect shenanigans.
