Updated route for 100%. Do the gas room in mansion 1 after Richard and bank the armor key in the serum room, then save the two acid rounds that you would normally use on the zombies in mansion 2 and use them on the BT webs. Only grab one of the rounds in the room with the battery, and once you're in labs switch the square crank for the pistol. Lab tyrant use two grenade rounds and two pistol shots. This overall saves time by not going into an extra room to bank items since all the of the banks will be on the route instead of out of the way.

This run has its mistakes though. Terribly executed Guardhouse, RJ bite, Chimera hit along with checking the thing you put the codes into after getting all three. Still time to be saved in this run for sure using this route. :)
