After about an hour of yelling at Winged Pursuit, I started to realize that this category isn’t pure luck, but rather it occurs in cycles. Four mini games are available at any given time, and when you play a specific game, it gets removed from the group of four and placed to the back of the rotation. Although this isn’t purely RNG manipulation, you are able to increase your chances of getting faster minigames, which I displayed here. I haven’t looked in to Battle of the Minigames, but it might work the same way.
