Is there any mod that lets you pick the preset besides the preset 5 for any%?

theres the car dll that always pick preset 1 which is the best for car% but besides that i dont think so

im trying to download granny preset 5.. how do i do it? i know its on resources but i go to the thing at the top of my screen but it comes up in files.. what then..?
