I honestly prefer Red Rescue Team's music, and mGBA (which is used for other games' speedruns) doesn't have the same tendency to lag that Desmume does. Can it be allowed to use GBA emulators to play Red Rescue Team?

We dont have an official emulator for GBA currently, the Desmume requirement is for Blue Rescue Team speedruns. You can use mGBA.
