Wasn't clear on how the category worked, since one of the existing runs is going from a fresh save and the other one is replaying the level with more stuff, so I did it the way that makes most sense, from a fresh save. This is my first submission so if I've done anything wrong it's out of ignorance, and I apologise. Followed the rules as written.

A month ago, it was brought to our attention that the full collection of codexes, which is required for the campaign 100% and 100% Natural Masteries categories, is not possible with our current rules. For example, the extra lives tutorial codex cannot be acquired in the Ultra-Nightmare difficulty. T
