Could be a 15:12 if framecounted, but I'm not that invested :D

Stage 1: Some slow spawns, ok execution(could go 2-3 seconds faster)

Stage 2: Had extra bullets (0.5s)

Stage 3: Bad movement from the boss(1.5s)

Stage 4-5: Don't understand these, sometimes getting hit gains you time, sometime you lose a couple of ten's...

Stage 6: Despawn miss(3s), bad double whip fight(5s), bad tripple fight(3-5s), a bit slow final gauntlet. In total maybe 13s I could improve. But despawns I did get was really fast.

Stage 7: Did not get "god frame rule" or whatever, never gotten it, but that's 7-8 seconds

Stage 8: This whole stage was bad. Lost 10s to my "gold split" but I assume I can go 15s faster.

Stage 9: Small hicup on twins, wanna come into the stage without vest, but accidently picked one up.

With a perfect run without stage 7 frame rule I could improve: 25-35s. But for now I'm moving onto the US version :)
