The skip at the start can be performed with the following steps:

1. Make sure your head is inside the wall
2. Use Vengeance Metamorphosis
3. Use Door of Shadows through the wall
4. Rotate your camera right
5. Jump out with Infernal Strike

The clip-back is kinda dangerous too, as you can clip into the 2nd boss's area instead of the 3rd. Make sure to triple jump into the chapel and you should be fine!
