Just throwing it out there but it has been brought to my attention that running Chase H..Q. 2 via emulation using a PC/MAC presents legitimate unfair advantages. Such would include but not limited to the use of a keyboard for the "IN THE GARDEN IN" cheat code as well as the use of the "rocket cheat." I believe in an effort to ensure a fair and even playing field, the use of a PC when running this game should have its own speedrun category. Emulation on a mini console could be lumped in with original hardware as the mini console does not provide keyboard capability but when using a Mac or a PC, this is opening up the floodgates for speedrun times that are frankly, unattainable on original hardware. Thoughts?
Rocket cheat, XD Maybe i just explain to all of you, how to nitro works in this game? Friendly, with no jokes. I want to help all of you to improve your time. I'm not here for cheating, TAS or kinda that. All of you just not using "in-built" mechanics and complaining, why are we so slow.
Good idea. I'll do it tomorrow. I promise, after watching this video, you can save around 2-3 minutes in your future runs.
Looking forward to it. That still won't explain me why you have a female alt-account, my biggest issue with you.
Just explain here lol. I've watched your speedrun 3 times, you aren't doing anything we aren't doing.
@MasterSystemMarceau Just for fun. For what else. What the difference between fake girl account or man with nickname like "misterspeedrun" :)
@Canadian_Gamer "you aren't doing anything we aren't doing" - this is your biggest mistake. And i will explain this in video.
This forum wasn't directed at you buddy. In general, running this game on PC has some advantages, that's why I was suggesting a separate leaderboard for PC/Mac emulation and console just so that the lines aren't crossed. All good man. 🙏
