Hi I'm new and I don't really know how to get into Discord I already have an Account In Speedrun.com but when I try to get in to discord it says I was not invited

That's the right page but it says I'm not invited can someone in the discord server invite me
The discord tag in your socials doesn't have your tag number, meaning I can't DM you the invite because I can't find you, so please correct it if you can.

Your discord tag is like your unique ID in discord, a code to identify your user. Usually it's comprised of a name + a random number (e.g. mine is "Monsh#3403").
If you open up discord (whether it's the app or the browser version), you should be able to find your tag at the bottom left corner of the window, right next to your avatar.
PS: Also, perhaps you might want to follow this up using speedrun.com's chat, since that might make it a little bit faster to help you with this issue.
Ok, now we are getting to the real heart of the problem I guess.
Go here to https://discord.com/ and choose whether the app or the browser version and then when you open it up you should be able to register an account, which should be pretty straightforward on its own. Once you've done that come back here and use the link.
I got to the login thing and I put in my email and password but after for the I am not a robot when I finish the question it brings me back to the email and password page and also i can't do the message thing because I'm not at least 7 days in speedrun.com
If it brought you back to the email and password page (also known as the login screen for short), then it probably means that you tried to login into discord when you should have been creating an account first. Check in that screen for a "Create an account" link to do just that.
While I'd like to keep helping you with the matter, I believe it'd be more productive for you to search a tutorial on how to setup discord with an account and everything before continuing here, since that'll take you through all the hoops you might find on their platform better than I'll ever do.
Once you've set it up, joining the server should be as easy as using one of the links I provided in my first posts here. Good luck!
