"No village" category

I see a lot of speedruns use villages/dungeons to get items that are normally hard to get. I think this sometimes makes it too easy and would therefore like a "No village" category where you aren't allowed to use chests from generated structures.

I think at one point I put into place a "no generated structures" variable or something like that. It was removed for reasons I don't remember. We do have some distinctions in place, for example, between obtain and mine diamond/emerald. However, for categories like enter nether, I totally agree with you. I'll alert the other mods, thanks :).
