I am a huge dream fan but I just proved that he cheated. if you look in the bottom left corner of the title screen when he restarts it says that it is modded.

I can't believe people are still going on about this. It's already been proven way before you did this by many people, that he cheated. No offense but everyone needs to stop talking about this on SRC and stop with the drama!

I'm just gonna say it, why tf do you guys care this much about a cheat in a speedgame? People cheat on speedruns all the time, stop treating this situation like it's a worldwide crime or some shit.

That's your opinion, one bad thing doesn't mean he doesn't deserve fame, his manhunt videos are the reason he got the fame, which are irrelevant to his speedrunning.

He has legitimate runs, though.

This argument is pointless because all the two of you are doing is arguing what fruit you like better - apples or oranges.

Communities handle this stuff differently, some communities will remove all runs if a user cheats, others will just remove the cheated run and leave the others. It’s entirely up to the community to decide how to handle it. Clearly both of you are of the opposite opinions on how you would handle this if it was your community and no amount of reiteration of those opinions is going to persuade the other person.
