I had 5 minutes of impressively awful IL runs then got this pb and subsequently threw over 10 seconds of time in this level on my full game run immediately following. 18 is a weird one.

You cannot change your game directory away from "Portal Epic Edition", if your directory is currently something else you must rename it to "Portal Epic Edition" and if you are on unpack you must the bat file to have
-game "Portal Epic Edition"
instead.
