1st era:
Here I am using 2BM + SS for all fights. I am doing 1 fight at the start of the run and insta recolling (cause it's easier, than do 1 fight after the boss), so I will have sufficient shards to recoll with skip and lvl4 daughters after the boss.

The Surgeon:
I am using 2SS + BM (prep order SS - Best SS - BM). Go behind the boss with BM, so your SSes can backstab spam him.

2nd era:
I do empty recoll and normal after, to set up good fights order and easier fights in general. 2BMS + SS again.

The Deacon:
4 SSes. Sac remaining BMS to SSes to maximise dmg and equip dmg memories on 'Shadow Round'. Prep order - look for 2 SSes with lowest starting initiative and place them on the 1st and last place in order. If you doing this route like me, you will be fine, otherwise confirm that highest initiative difference is less than 10 (or you might not be able to get 2 turns). After good positioning just SR spam.

3rd and 4th eras skip:
Because theese eras are difficult in general and especially bosses, we skip them. Like in the 1st era, I am doing one fight to suffice with shards and empty recolling up to recollection 9. Then, we do normal recoll with LVL7 daughters and killing Surgeon and Deacon again. Right after Deacon we skipping 2 eras via remebrences and picking up +50% Health for the last boss.

5th era:
On 10 recoll we have quite easy Ritual mission, than okay-ish rescue mission and Penance. On rescue we mainly want to save Bright Soul to advance the day and Daughters can just die. I am using SSes, for burst here.
Ok, now for the interesting part - Penance and first use of the glitch.
So, for some reason enemies skills (reactions, buffs, interruptions) are linked to the hotkeys of your daughters' skills. To my programmer guess - enemies and daughters are the same entity to some extend, and have some implicit functionality inheritance which was probably just hidden but not removed.
Most of enemy skills can be used if you just left your daughter with only 2 skills. Also in order to be able to use the skills, the enemy should make it first turn.
In this Penance we will have Infested, which can buff units for initiative. After the first turn we just killing with one BM and using the second BM to cycle, because we can't buff ourselves (the game kinda thinks, that we are playing as infested but from daughter perspective). So thats why we need two units for this case.

The Suffering:
The only thing we need to prep is to sacrifice one shield to another and pick two more shields with us (make sure not to pick any skills for them). The biffy shiled we need to survive the hatching and others to delay enemies turn so nothing can interfere.
After start of the fight we just wait for egg to spawn and with use of previously discussed bug, just forcing the egg to cast hatchling (I think it's on number 6 hotkey, just check ). After it does, we use same technique to force suffering to spam 'Torment' which decrese his health. And after aprox 28 times or until you can no longer use the 'Torment' just skip the turn. The game has hardcoded trigger which forces the boss to cast 'Torment' after he loosing a lot of health, that way the boss receive negative health and suicides after the animation.

Not sure if it's known or not. But you can force bosses to use some actions just by pressing number keys. The less skills your daughter have, the more possible actions you can force boss to do. For example, you can force egg to cast hatching immidiately after it spawns (which basically skips egg phase if you can survive the hatch). For that daughter should have less than 6 active skills (move included).
