pressing f10 while going into a screen transition after holding up against a wall and towards that screen transition lets you ww pressing f10 in any cutscene lets you move basically punch card but you go through walls

does this follow the rules? it says you walk through walls through the whole run, so i guess it wouldn't count? the only debug thing being used in the run is the f10 key. so does it count? i'll find out when this gets rejected.
