If it also helps when timing in virtualdub Mario's feet appear when falling for one frame before the timer turns to 343.
I'm so happy that I finally achieved a sub 25! It took a lot of telling myself "All it takes is literally just one run with everything going right to get it" but it's easier said than done. Probably about 2,500-3,000 attempts total to get this time.
