Sometimes your lilliputs give you accessories before you jump down from the ship so is taking those accessories against the rules?

Accessories that can be received from Lilliput are OK only for the first acquisition. Sorting is OK according to the rules. It's a lot of work, so I won't do it...

It would be easier to understand if the rule prohibits it?
