Not really related to speedrun but maybe someone will be able to answer here. I tried for hours to find a way to launch the multiplayer exe with the beta patch that is supposed to allow 20 players but it just does not work i was receiving a memory error (don't remember the exact one), and even if it would the windows version run so slow compared to PS1 one. I can't even find a single video of the multiplayer on Youtube, did this multiplayer patch ever worked? Imagine if they fixed the game for newer systems on GOG i will buy it instantly.

I always wondered why the PS1 version did not have splitscreen because they could reduce the number of AI depending of the number of human players, lack of time in development maybe. If only it was possible to modify easily the iso to add the functionality by taking code from the previous game.
