Hello, I was planning on doing a console run for the game and was curious if it was fine that I was playing on a modified Switch. I can show before the run that there are no game mods, such as cheats or game modifications, and after the run plug in the SD card to prove it. The rules doesn't explicitly say that it's banned, which is why I'm asking before doing anything

No, must be clean. There could be mods we wouldn't know about, and proofs could be spliced til after you hotfix it.
