Nah that's not how it works. I don't know if you can use the same setup, but you won't get ffpg out of it. The PAL ffpg is not viabe for humans. @SzukiX_ FFPG is Full FPG which is basically a BBG without a bullet.
Oooh my apologies then, I dont play on PAL nor do I ever think to play on it so my knowledge is minimal
The Sockfolder setup for doing FPG on the NTSC version will not work on PAL SMB1, because of the different physics. There is, however, an RTA setup for doing FPG (the normal FPG, not full FPG) on the PAL version which (to my knowledge) involves landing before the flagpole with walking speed and then jumping on a particular frame. I don't know the specific details of the setup, though.
Watch the FPGs in this and you can see the inputs on the right. Just land on the correct spot before the flag while not holding B and jump very close to the block.
Jump from a specific spot on the elevator, for an exact number of frames (don't remember how many, but you can check the video) and you'll fall right through the floor.
Any% (NTSC) runs below 4:57.000 must now fulfill additional requirements in order to be verified.
- The run's full session must be included in the submission description.
- For emulator runs below 4:57.000, some form of input display must be visible for the duration of the run. A hand-cam or input
