Can You Use Double Shooting In A Glitchless% Run?
It is 100% ok in every glitchless% of golden or crimson people use double shot. Also they fixed it in rec royale but not quests so yeah it's pretty much a feature

So is triple shot allowed since it is possible and has not been removed since it's just a quick reflex feature
