Why do you have to start with the sickles in category runs
I understand for full game why category Though its dumb
Cause if you start the level with the weapons that you are not supposed to have, it will be considered cheating
Because the game isnt run in NG+. Ultrakill is the exception when it comes to allowing all weapons in ILs. This is the way we do things here.
