So I've seen that the leaderboards has a console choice of "Wii U VC" This is stupid as the game is not on Wii U VC, but rather a download version on Wii U. Firstly, VC, or virtual console, is the systems way of emulating older games onto the system. This isn't the same as download versions which have the actual data stored into the system. http://i.imgur.com/m0tol7w.jpg As you can see by this image, Canvas Curse is noted to be VC as seen in the top right corner, it states that it's virtual console (sorry for bad quality btw). http://i.imgur.com/DtsFy4S.jpg If oyu look at this image, you can not see a virtual console tag in the top right. Instead, if oyu look at the details of the game, it says "disc/download". This is due to the fact that the Wii U has the Wii menus inside of it so I can play epic yarn directly from there, as if you had an epic yarn disc in your Wii U. This "disc/console" is not seen on canvas curse at all. http://i.imgur.com/hNJCDf8.jpg Here you can also see the "disc/console". By calling the Wii U version of epic yarn "virtual console" your also calling the download version of rainbow curse virtual console, when it's clearly not. Also, due to being emulated as opposed to being the actual game, virtual console games have save states. This is not in wii games that are downloaded, ratehr it comes across with the wii home menu, the same thing happens if you insert a wii game disc into a Wii U, and press home while oyur playing it, as it is directly playing the game form the "internal wii" rather than emulating it.

There's enough of a time difference between disc and download that I feel they should be seperate. My eShop download run saved about a minute and a half just from faster load times. Besides, an emulator is technically a virtual console Kappa

@dongerdude @swordsmankirby The eShop version is as much of a emulator as the Disc version is on Wii U. The difference between digital and disc is unfortunate (even though that this is a common Wii U problem), but doesn't legitimate dividing it into "Wii U" and "Wii U VC" as they describing the exact same. It's just confusing for people which one to take since they basically could take either one as both are correct with that logic (more or less). Even Rtdl doesn't divide it, so why doing it here then?

If you're gonna have a seperation for wii u vc and wii u then that means that you have to have wii u vc on kirby rainbow curse and 3ds vc for triple deluxe and planet robobot due to having a download version

I tried to edit the leaderboards to introduce as little clutter as possible. I didn't know people would be so _deeply offended_ by a few letters.

Edit: Anyways, I think the distinction is still worth representing. This edit at least changes the "VC" portion of it.
